Eventually! I need to plan a big road trip one summer. Two months? A few states? Should be fun. I'll start figuring out the costs then start saving and begin the logistics. Plan for 2017?

I haven't been around dA very much lately, in terms of uploading and activity. Partly due to work and my new-found friends there. Haha. But I always upload stuff on Facebook if you'd like to be friends there! Or just lurk around

I don't spend as much time on here either as I used to. I was actually thinking it's funny, I started the Bay Area Photographer's group and now I'm moving! I'm in southern california right now but I'm going to Hawaii on march 1! I'm super excited about all the photo opportunities there. Except now I don't know what to do about being moderator for a group in a place I don't even live any more. lol.

I'd love to see the new stuff when it's up, and I sent you a friend request on fb.

I'm still debating. I know I'm going to buy just one, and I can save myself 684$ by buying one camera, one memory card, and battery.

I want to though, I'm just going to buy a second one in the future. Even if I just buy one I'll still have two DSLR's, but one would be 10MPs the other 15. +/

I also want to convert one to infrared. I hate decisions.

It's okay! You guys will be voting on the Featured Gallery once I open it. You will also take part in group decisions if you are so inclined. I'm hoping to get a few more admins to bring the total to around 30 or 40 and set the votes needed to 15 or so.

This way not every admin needs to vote and gives you guys less work. You can take a break, vote on a few you like or don't like as opposed to every deviation that gets submitted.

It's okay. You'll see the messages pop-up in as messages in your message center. If you scroll down and look under the "Inbox" section you'll see a new section called "Groups."

Don't worry, I'll post an annoucement with details on what to do exactly when the the Featured Gallery is open
