Yo since i know u have more experience with illustrator than me, I got a question. How do you turn a bit map into vector?

the bitmap up in illustrator
and going over w/it w/the pen
tool i guess.
but lately i havent had the time
for it so i would only use it
for a character that doesnt require
much detail.
