i cant work the buddy icon thing... its 50 by 50 and a gif...i dont know how to fix it :( (Sad)

Well do you have a photo program? Cause usually in most photo programs you can use the ''resize'' option .

And if the file is not a gif then you should try to press Save as.. You generally have an option to change the file type to gif. Hope this helps
