I know how you feel. I've been very inactive during my membership but I'm trying to be a bit more vocal around groups and to other members recently. I find if you are vocal, active and your work is good, you get noticed. I'm sure you would find the same

yeah that's true!!I try to do just that, but sometimes I just get to busy and your work has definitely gotta be good for people to even take an interest unless you already have a good network or know em personally

You seem like a very clever designer. With that in mind I really need your help. As hard as I have tried I am unable to neatly transfer my work from paper to computer? Do you have any tips on how to clean the work up or how to scan successfully?
Any advise would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

Erm when it comes to scanning I'd reccomend scanning at atleast 300dpi and always backup that original scan. It will be massive and you probably don't need it that big when you transfer to the web but having the high quality version to start will be important.
To clean up your lines you could try experiementing with photoshop adjustments. Off the top of my head playing with contrast and threshold might help alot. It will make the paper solid white and will do it's best to make the lines full black. This will make the lines very clear and crisp BUT it might take away the sense that it has been hand drawn which I find very important with work like yours. I wouldn't worry too much about cleaning it up besides removing any marks/dirt on the paper using the clone tool/heal tool/ or content aware fill (google any of those if you need more help, theres lots of tutorials)
Hope this helps
