make sure that your style has multiple influences, or else your style will suffer =v= just try to find artists that you like and try to figure out what exactly you  like about them. Then proceed to integrate those parts that you like into your own work ^^

another helpful tip is to try to "copy" their works as well. Perhaps even trace, but remember, don't post them online unless you credit them and don't sell off the traced work (AKA don't plagiarize/ do art theft!). Copying and tracing are hot topics to debate about in art, but for me, I view them as learning tools. Since drawing is not only muscle memory but also training your eyes, tracing/copying allows you to directly copy the motions the original artist made, making your muscles become familiar with those movements; therefore, drawing like your desired artists. Also looking at their works, gives you a sense about what is "right". For example, if you prefer to have bigger eyes or smaller eyes in your work. 

Then after all of this ^^^^ you can play with the style until it is "yours".
