oh, this and that. I'm married, 2 kids, 2 and 3 years old. life gets crazier everyday.

This and that as well, though my this and that doesn't include marriage or kids. I'm still living like a teenager, albeit a very self-sufficient one. I'll be 28 in a couple of days, and I'm slowly realizing that that irresponsibility isn't as great as I used to believe.

congratulations on making it to old age. living like a teenager isn't all bad, I'd go back and do it every few days if I could. usually that old adage about grass and greenery would be inserted, but I lack the effort. and yes, living is not nearly as irresponsible as dying. I'm glad to hear it.

Sometimes dying is the responsible thing to do. For example, I went to a movie last night, and the people immediately surrounding me in the theater were clearly shirking their civic duty by continuing to live. The stupidity and idiocy that they put forth was some of the worst I've ever experienced. The polite and responsible thing to do would have been to simply forget to keep breathing and shuffle off this mortal coil. Right around the third time that one of them suggested the ghost in the movie was "Padrick Sweezy", I thought I might offer to help them achieve that goal.
You'll have time yet to regress back to teenage antics, once the kids are grown and shipped off to college. You know what they say: forty is the new sixteen.

The beach scenario is nice and all, until Richard Gere comes around during a time of personal crisis and makes you re-evaluate everything you thought you knew about life and love. Then you end up cleaning hair grease off of your furniture all the time, and spending all your spare cash on gerbils.

personally, I've never liked Richard Gere. I think he's smarmy. So I don't watch his movies, because it gives me the scratch. If Richard Gere thought it permissible to pouch my solitude, I'd let him know that it's not happening in a very this-is-a-crazy-lady-who-breads-large-Saint Bernard-gerbils-and-is-not-afraid-to-use-them type of way.

That one movie with Edward Norton was good. And then there was the one where Diane Lane was all kinds of naked. Funny how my admiration of these movies have nothing to do with Richard Gere. I wonder why that is? Oh, it's because he sucks.
Someone should really try to cross breed Saint Bernards and gerbils. Also, I'm not afraid to admit that I spent the past 5 minutes trying to look up hyphenation rules to see if Saint Bernard should be hyphenated or not in your example, since the missing hyphen offended my eyes, and I'm sad to report that the rules are quite ill-defined.
