My mom completely forbade me to ever have any slime related toys (Didn't want me to get it in the carpet of course), so the Bubble bath was the closest she'd let pass, it had a weird texture then you'd expect from bubble bath back then, it was the thick clumpy stuff that smelled weird too, and when exposed to water was when it dissolved to bubbles in the tub. Used to think that's what the Horde slime was like for real when doused over the heroes. One figure I did have as a kid was the Real Ghostbusters creature Bad-To-The-Bone Ghost, and I'd imagine him as being this fetch creature who is dispatched from the SlimePit itself and captures pple to bring to the pit, Shadow Weaver conjured him

Heh, kinda like in Ghostbusters 2 with the Pink Mood Slime invading Dana's bath? Also I discovered this from a message board, Slimer takes a bath 
I loved the container especially (hence why I shared the pic), held onto the claw hand lid as long as I could before it eventually lost its green coloration and turned a brownish and disintegrated since it was rubber based. Still made for a great toy to capture Heroic Warriors along with Bad-to-the-Bone Ghost.
IDK why but I always was fascinated by the smell those 80s toy slimes that were all the rage made, probably something toxic but wasn't nauseating like cleaning fluids or some such.Still when I saw a photo of a life-sized replica (at 1985's Universal Studios Hollywood) I thought about how epic/horrifying id be to get tons of the stuff together to act it out IRL
