# About me

When people say the word artist, a lot of things can come to mind. A painter. A photographer. A sculptor. The list goes on and on. But what about the artists that use words? Granted, they, technically, aren't artists. But still. A person who makes their most inner thoughts and desires known through words should be counted, don't you think? Because at the end of the day, words are all we have under our own power.

That fabulous piece of work was an intro, my friends. An intro to me, to be exact.

In all honesty, I'm not really the artsy type. I'm not fabulous at wielding a brush, I can't turn a chunk of hard rock into a gorgeous bust of sorts and I most definitely can't draw a portrait for my life. So why am I here? Besides the fact that I enjoy photography (excusing the fact that I use a little Nikon digital camera), I think that I am an artist with a slightly different tool. I use words to express what I feel in the worst and the best of times. While fillding around with my camera and exploring my new-found love of photography might take a while, I'll try to make my journal a tad bit more interesting. I know its probably weird, for me to portray art through my journal and my photography, but hey, you never know. I might just surprise you.
