wanted to say that iv tried d3s, even 2 months ago i guess, pretty cool, soon there will be no need to use a flash at all with this sensitivity of camera

hey Viktoria! things are ok, slow start to 2010. shaping things up, learning more about street/casual photography just thru practice/carrying small 35mm camera at all times. I have 12 compact 35mm cameras now! 3 slr's and 1dslr, my favourite film is neopan 1600, I rate it at 3200 in my olympus mju1
fullframe iso3200 in my pocket! Im waiting to get some film developed from an Olympus XA, I have the XA2 but have to test it some more as most of the shots were at night and dont seem as sharp as I'd like
so ye Im camera crazy now but Ive stopped buying them a few weeks ago, I have everything I need. tho I'd like a nikon 28ti or fuji natura black with 24mm f1.9! lol
I dont have a flash, I have them in my compacts but dont like flash, I know the compacts have harsh flash but I prefer natural light anyway.
what camera do you carry with you all the time? my smallest is a nikon AF600 with 28mm lens and 180g in weight, but the viewfinder is tiny so I dont carry it much!

i dont carry a camera with myself at all times
when im doing a shoot, im preparing ;D im not into street photography... but sometimes i do carry Zenit when I feel like it

I dont do much street/people, but I'm trying to do more, my dslr and 50mm lens weight 2kg together so too big to carry all the time

hey love. arrived yesterday. im a lil bit homesick so my aunt went with me to china town in london today.
do you know any cheap place to stay in london near by islington? my friend wants to visit me but the landlord wont let anyone else stay over at my room, which sucks.

homesick already? lol poor you. ive never been in china, but it must be alot different. my granny went there many times. i went to a big chinese store yesterday and bought gunpowder and jasmine green tea, and some noodles and other stuff.
how can u not have someone stay over? does the landlord live in the same building?
theres a place called palmers lodge in swiss cottage, near finchley road underground station. its a really good hostel. there arent many cheap hostels in london. they average around 17pound a night. and the cheap ones can be really bad.

lol, well the landlord doesnt live here but the brazilian guy is kinda in charge of everything. but the thing is we're all locked in our rooms so i dont think he would notice.
anyway, im kinda bored cus i dont know anyone here but my aunt and she has to work, so im kinda by myself everyday.
i might need to go to Angel find out where is that crappy school and get some info, but the problem is that im really shy around strange people, just hope everything goes well, and they dont think im retarted ahahah.

thanks! you should keep drawing by hand. what make and model scanner do you have and what settings do u use? you can boost the colors and do alot of other editing with a free program called gimp, there are a few GUI's for it. you can get info and download one here [link]
it will take some time to master. ive never used it before but ive heard great things about it. i use a shareware program for the mac.
