Well ‘ello!

My name is Imogen, but I like to cloak myself as Rain, or Pine.
For those Aurorians reading this, the name Pine will make more sense.

I am a (nearly) fifteen-year old girl with ADHD, a thing where you get distracted very eas---SQUIRREL!

I’m sorry, what was I saying? Oh yes! ONWARD!!!!!!!!!

My Musical Lifeieness:

For starters I like/love crashmetal rock (aka, Three Days Grace, Rise Against, and perhaps Shinedown. Still haven’t decided about Shinedown yet.) Johnny Cash is another high on my list, as well as: Bob Dylan, Tori Amos (( )) Kate Rusby, Paul Simon, Sufjan Stevins, John Cale, Belle & Sebastian, Soul Asylum, Counting Crows….
Some of my top favorite music, however, is in Romanian and Japanese.
I. LOVE. V-O-C-A-L-O-I-D. PERIOD! .
O-zone is REALLY good too! Mhm… Numai Tu …mhm….

I play the Violin, and that is… to say the least absolutely amazing!!!!! It is one of the best things that my mother has ever made me do!!!!!!!!!!!! It is a hard instrument, but with a little practice, (in my case, nine years) it really starts to paw off! I play in the local youth orchestra as a second violin, and have recently had my first violin competition (at which I failed miserably). I would suggest violin to anyone who is interested in string instruments, but that is just me.

Too bad you can’t play Vocaloid music on the violin.


Personal Life in General:

About my personal life… weeeeeeelllllll….
I enjoy my fair share of school work every day (eight hours) and, being Home Schooled, it gives me a chance to do things during the school day that I wouldn’t be able to do if I were in school, such as draw, write my neverending story, and –listen-- jam out to Romanian & Japanese pop and rock.

RolePlay life I Guess:

Do I have a RolePlay life anymore? I don’t think I do. I really loved it, but one day I woke up. I am taking a loooonnnnnnngggggg break from it, until Christmas actually. So… yes. Favorite Activities During All Hours:

Hrm…. Favorite activities….

Weeeellllllll… I love fencing. That is the top of all! It is amazing, just slashing away at people with swords while charging up and down a white piece of plywood. Oh yeah. Fencing Rules. Me and my friends (and my little brother) are the (at the moment) the ?five? musketeers. The numbers keep changing.
Watch out for Mr. Discipline,* our coach wields him well.

*Mr. Discipline is a saber.

Hobbys That I Engage Myself In:

As I have already stated, I do Fencing, Violin, and Wolf Roleplay. Well, you may ask, what other Hobbies could I possibly have?

A lot actually.

I am making an extensive study of wolves, using the books here: Wolves: Behavior, Ecology, and Conservation, Edited by L. David Mech and Luigi Boitani. Of Wolves

I do Bear Making (yes, it is a hobby. Even a profession!), sewing in general, stuffed animal collecting (which my mom is opposed to, and I really shouldn’t count it as a hobby….), drawing (that is my major one. I spend about one to three hours a day drawing.), photography, reading, writing, cleaning my room (when it gets down to me, cleaning my room becomes a hobby) collecting things from around the world, my big, luscious dollhouse, nature study (do long walks in the woods count?), maintaining my pack (The Spring Hill Wolf Pack), listening to and spontaneously buying J-pop (vocaloid) painting stuff….. hrm… that is all that I can think of at this time.

I used to collect keychains, but I dropped that.

Rich Life?

I believe that I have a very rich life; Not rich as in money rich, but as in friend rich and nature rich, and just plain happiness rich. My parents have worked hard to give my siblings and me wonderful beginnings, and I acknowledge and honor them for that. They love us, and we love them. It is Grar*

*a singular Lunkrian word: literally meaning Good, its real poetic meaning is the perfect good, the best good… I don’t know how do describe it… the good that happens when you look into your baby child, or your sibling’s face for the first time and see the innocence and perfectness written there, and you know that this was how God made everything to be, for this wonderful, beautiful good.

I hope that anyone out there who is suffering, or lonely, or depressed, or worried, or just plain out of it knows that, all over the world, in your town, people who are connected, or completely unrelated to you are praying for you.

My Faith

I am an Episcopalian Christian, and I believe in Jesus Christ. It is as simple as that. Wherever there is a will and a desire to know Him, He will reach out to you and touch your life in ways that you cannot even imagine! Wonderful, beautiful ways. I know from experience that He is the bearer of hope. I feel that I have experienced a miracle. A couple of years ago I was extremely anxious, phobic actually. I had to go to a psychiatrist, and with her help I started to lose my worries, but they still plagued me. Then one day, while I was in church for a service, I felt a sort of… I don’t know… it was indescribable. I felt that I no longer needed to worry, and from that day on, my worries left. I do not want to preach to anyone out there who may have different views then I do, but I do want to share my spiritual experience with those who wish to share it with me.

Future Profession:

I don’t really know yet. I want to be a Wolf Biologist, a Park Ranger, and a Missionary. Do those three mix?
