Hahahaha, oh man, I had a mini-heart attack over being compared to Lois in any capacity. She is INCREDIBLE. I was actually working on a Powerpoint presentation about my influences in class when I read your response, and thank god because I had almost forgotten to include Lois. x3

Oh my goodness! I can't tell whether to say sorry for causing a mini-heart attack or say your welcome for reminding you in time for your Powerpoint lol. I love Lois's work very much, she is definitely an inspiration for me for her digital painting style and also her amazing ability to create natural human poses for her illustrations. 

But I do think your style also captures that same human-natural flow if that makes any sense?

I'll accept the "you're welcome." And yeah, she really is incredible. My next homework assignment is to "paint whatever you want while incorporating the stylistic elements of the references in your Powerpoint." So for my next painting I'll actually be /trying/ to paint like Lois. God help me! haha

Oh I think you will do just fine! I think as long as you have fun with your painting you will create something you really enjoy :3 I have also tried Lois's painting style from watching her work in progress video and it really is relaxing. I hope you post the finished piece here I'll be curious to see what you come up with
