i gave animeruler the first page of the manga,he'll be inking it soon.I need to resketch page 4(2) and i' might have it finished tommorrow so he can ink it and add the tones.

Any time. I enjoy talking about writing, it is my first love apart from art, that is why I enjoy doing manga, I get to use both my loves. *grins*

yeahh, i would love to combine the two, since i love how expressive art is...but my art is just horrible. i could never draw a manga. which is why i owe my life to mieko2, who is drawing my manga for me!!

For along time art was all I was good at. I would write a lot of stories, but I was horrible at grammar and spelling so writing full time did not come for years and with a lot of practice. I still need a lot of work in my writing, although others think not, but that is just me.
Well at least you found someone to help bring life to your worlds. I know I would give up drawing if I found an artist that could do that for me so I could concentrate on writing more.

Oh, see, for me, it's different. I've always been good at grammar and spelling, and I don't want to be conceited, but...for me writing has always been so natural. like, my friends will always spend so much time planning something, and then i'll just sit down and start writing and the story will just take off and have a life of it's own, and it's like...i'm not controlling it, i'm just putting it on paper.
hahah...i'm kind of off in my own world when i start writing...

I know what you mean. I've been told I'm a natural story tell, just horrible at the actually rules of writing is all. I tend to just let the story flow out of me as it may. It is the editing process that kills me in the end as I try to make sense of some of the things I'd written earlier, dam this dyslexia of mine. It has been interesting learning how to work around my problems with grammar and spelling considering even with poor writing skills I was not willing to stop telling a story.

Yeah. I personally love editing, because I'm never satisfied with my work. It's difficult to make sense of some of the things i've written though. the novel i'm working on right now centers around a high ranked lady living in a highly political world, and she is very opinionated, so some of the arguments she has to men politicians end up to be very....well, i have to read it over and think whether i'm just rambling on, because most of the time, i am, it just somehow makes sense. well, i think it makes sense...(hope)

That happens to me at times, more so when it is one of my lords of shadow who talk strangely to begin with. The key is to learn when is too much and how to break things up.
