Sorry,I had the idea of Hazard originally as a Fakemon,idea was scraped not long after.I always liked his design and made him an oc,when I first mentioned him you mentioned kitty and we started.You are a good friend online,maybe one day we might meet in person,but from what I know about you,your kind when you want,can be hard on others and yourself and have or wish you had black hair.Not much to go off of but that's what I can guess.All in all,good person.
