Ik it clearly states NOT to thank for the fav, but honestly, that doesnt help the community and here is why if you wish to listen.
See, a simple thank you to some people can be annoying when all you see is just good artwork and just like it. But what you dont know is that we do this for a purpose.
First and foremost we do it to be nice and considerate. Do you think that is such a big deal?
Second, we do it to help the community amongst people here on dA. You may not care about this small community of artists, but we do. When we thank a person for a fav, watch, or anything else, we are showing ourselves to other people who come to thank you. Giving more people more views, watches, or anything else. And it doesn't just benefit us, it benefits you too. The people who come to thank you have a chance to watch or even check out your gallery.
Rather than denying the community to grow we should help make better. The best part is all you have to do is just fav stuff.
Though looking at the effort to tell people NOT to thank you I'm certain you will defend your side and most likely will remove this comment and do everything in your power to "Shut me up". I dont care if you consider my side or ignore it, I'm just speaking up for those who cant or dont want to. And I want to help the community grow so more artists like you, me, and everyone else get some more spotlgiht.
Although, I do find it rude when people ask for watches after being faved, so I dont do it myself.Β
