# About me

I am a poet living in Savannah, Georgia...I love digital photography. I love all art forms if they are true to your spirit. I paint. I am great with Ebony pencil; I had one drawing displayed at the Brevard Museum of Art and Science. I won third place at The Space Coast Art Festival.. I like multimedia art as well. I won the Strawbridge Art Competition with a multimedia piece. I have been published on Linked In and ilovekratom.com. I am an activist. I have three beautiful children that just make my heart expand outside of my body. I was born in New York. I miss it but I love all of the southern gothic aspects of Savannah. They draw me in. I am married to a Southern Viking, Hippie who I adore. He sacrifices so much so that I can explore everything in life. I don't make a lot of money, but I do what I'm passionate about and I do it well. I cherish my friendships. I have felt very alone before but I have always been lucky enough to at least have one friend to carry me when I could not walk. My Mother inspired my art and poetry. My Father taught me that there's irony in everything and I get my sense of humor from him. My Grandmother, she gave me a love for stones,owls, and jewels. My Grandpa taught me about film. My Grandpa was the equivalent of a Knight in Shining Armor. He gave me Buddha. I love cats. I find them fascinating creatures. My spirit cat is Bugs. He sees my soul, and always seems to show up just when I need him. My dog Maggie, she loves me for no reason, and gives me loyalty and protection. She doesn't like many people. All my animals are rescue animals. I am passionate about helping people recover from addiction and mental illness. I love God, but believe that all gods exist because we created them. But only one created us. Wow. Probably too long for a bio but, I am thankful for my life. I have a lot of love, and I like to share it with people. Don't get me wrong, I have a very dark sense of humor, but is t that when we need to laugh the most? When we are looking for a light in the dark.
