I recommend listening to lots of metal and punk rock. That'll sort anyone out. And if those 27 year old women are thinking of a certain guy, keep a clear and realistic mindset and know when it's time to drop him.

That comes with time and practice. Get some space to yourself and let the emotion show up. Then you can identify it and figure out what to do with it.
