well it depends on what style you do them in, I have trouble with hair myself haha :) (Smile)

best thing to do here is type 'hair tutorials' or 'hair reference' into the search bar for the best tip for drawing :D (Big Grin)

and just change the 'hair' part to 'eye's' to see the best help for eyes

there's a lot of help on here if you can find it. and don't be afraid to ask other artists for advice
