Hard to say; I might visit during the first day, but homecoming happens the same time I depart for my trip to Japan.

Thank you, it's good.  You get some nice depth in that picture which makes the composition pleasing. Dark broader marks in the foreground and lighter marks and less detail in the back and then the area of focus in the middle, the scientist, with most amount of detail.  I also like your hatch marks for the indicators on the walls, that gives a nice texture to what would otherwise probably be just diagonal hatchmarks or filled in black.  Very cool drawing.

Things are going good.  Haven't been doing art as much as I want since I've been closing the store so much lately.  Motivation and desire is there but the effort and drive is lacking.  Doesn't help that my mom wants me to finish up a project that I started for her a while ago.

The art scene here is still really good.  Nash Gallery closed up but Monk's is still running and there's always something happening art wise.  There's a new bar/club next to the courthouse called The Smokestack that's been getting a lot of buzz.  It wants to double as an art/performance venue, but I think it gets a little cramped in there.  Only been there twice so maybe I need to visit again to give it another opinion.

Recently started training to take up voice over work as a possible career and I've already recorded a few demos.  Doing this stuff is a lot tougher than one could imagine.  I think all that acting gave me a bit of an advantage though.  Hopefully it will be worth all the money I've invested in it.
