No matter how good you'll get, there is always something new to learn.

Well, I only have one up right now. It's [link] I know how to layout stuff but I really suck at designing right now. Every time I design stuff, it always ends up looking dull. sigh... I have a few designs at my computer, give me an email, I'll try screenshooting it and give you a glimpse.

Especially watch the new guys! The old guys may have the skills! But the new guys are the fast learners and they have eye for trends! If you can manage to combine these two, you've got gold! That's what I'll say!

I don't think it's bad, but you still need to learn a lot. Try to watch some designers/developers and take a look at their designs and coding! It will learn you some tricks! Oh and what is Ramaze?

Oh. I think layouting is okay. I think.. That's the only thing right now I'm proud of in front end/design. Hrmn... Ramaze is a framework for Ruby, like rails but much leaner.
