hah! just like me then, and ive got the soundtrack that ive played way too much but its just so addictive, I find it comes on repeat quite often! Definately one of the best films/visual effects ive witnessed since Avatar without a doubt! And yeah watching it on Blu-ray would be amazing, im gonna get it too.

I've managed to get the special edition tracks too, they're too awesome for words. Got my Rinzler figurine on my shelf but not allowed to use Tron for ref. work for a module this semester, it sucks

omg jealous muchly, yeah too many people rip off ideas from film, but thats the problem its too easy to do. Ive resisted myself, ive gotta admit I wanted to create cool motorbike concepts after watching it, but I said to myself no! lol. I dont use 3D much anymore tbh, too into digital painting, its faster and more expressive. Really getting into using corel painter now, such an amazing program, hopefully Ill replace it from photoshop eventually, but it takes proper skill to use it.

On a side note, how is uni going for yourself? I'm finding it hard at the moment, got quite a few problems with my confidence, so I have to talk to some people about it. My uni work is good, just that that's failing and holding me back.

Uni is going ok, been really happy when I get to see Sean but its only monthly if I'm lucky. I'm repeating modules that I failed last year and its mainly Maya modules so I really am screwed with that, don't wanna do it T^T

n Yeah I dont bother with maya anymore, one of my problems is I set out to be a master at everything at the start lol you cant know all the software and theres no need to know it. Maya is pretty easy I have found though, but I still love my 3ds max and its the most used 3d application software.

Maya is overkill indeed, its not for everyone, I feel your pain :/ Tbh I really don't know what area of art is for me yet, Im still all over the place and really panicking as I dont know what Im best at, as Ive tried just about everything hellllllllllllllp lol

And Ill more than likely be joinin you if I dont up my game and realise what the fuck I want to do! I need a specialist area, all artists have them but I dont know what mine is as I like everything which is bad, because you cant be good at everything! In your opinion what do you think I'm best at from all what you've seen that Ive done in the past year. Is it creatures, environments, robots, vehicle, 3d work, sculpting. Trust me your outside opinion will be valued so much! x

I would love to be a games designer, but the only thing that really stops me is the 3d graphics progs, they are just beyond me, and it's irritating, cos I should be able to manage it! Nevermind, I will always have my toon skills And my shop full of mobiles lol!!!
