I'd also be down for an art trade or something, but I have a deadline for another big project approaching pretty soon so I'll need to get that out of the way first!

Yeah! Ponywise is getting a table there, and hopefully I will be too! I already emailed them asking if we could be next to each other, but no response yet.... Either way, I'll be going, it's so close to me I'll have to check it out!

Hmm, I'll look into it! I feel like a one day con for $30 and a not-so-expensive plane ticket might be worth it, especially since there just aren't many pony cons in CA. I wanted to go to Everfree Northwest, but it looks like it'll be too pricey for me. Do y'all think you'll go to that one? How many cons do you tend to do per year? :) (Smile)

We WOULD have done EFNW, maybe, but it falls on such a bad time, I'll be busy! Such unfortunate timing. I'll be interested to see how the cons will be going next year... if they're still good I'll try to make my way out to wherever I can. :) (Smile) And it'll be interesting to see how this Sacramento one goes, it might be completely tiny for all I know, haha

Yeah it sounds like it's gonna be tiny, but at least the vendor price reflects that? Haha! I'll be working the Alternative Press Expo (APE) in SF in October-- do you ever go to that one?

It's fun, it's like just the artist's alley portion of a convention, but bigger! It focuses on comics, children's book, and other small press items, but there are tons of independent artists there selling their wares as well. I enjoyed it, but it's known to be a slower con, so keeping expenses down is highly advisable. :) (Smile)
