If I could be anything I want when I grow up I'd be a rockstar. One of those greasy, leather'n'chains, metal studs everywhere. Drugs, sex, and rock'n'roll all the way until the day I die...

In real life I'm a nanny and a full-time student. I've spent around 22 years on this earth and I still have no idea what I want to be when I grow up. I began drawing when I was a very young child but took an extended break from it during my adolescence.

I am very much out of practice but have picked up where I left off almost 5 years ago. I've joined dA with the hope of getting feedback from the community here. I'd love to hear tips, compliments, criticism, and complaints. I am very interested in art trades/collaborations.

I generally work in pen or pencil and I really enjoy mixed media. I would love to learn how to paint. I also dabble in knitting, sewing, beading, and jewelry-making with an interest in photography and film. I dig recycling and farmers markets and music saves my soul.

My first goal here is to network with other artists. So please feel free to comment, message, watch, friend, or contact me in any way and I will return the favor as soon as I can. My second goal is to find the inspiration to keep my love of drawing flourishing and evolving so any and all encouragement and support is greatly appreciated. Lastly I want to work on broadening and improving my skills so again, all advice is welcome.
