thanks I have been taking photos at mt buffalo for many years and gradually honing my skills I still have a few nice shots to scan but have decided to get a sony a7 with the 28 to 70 lens initially as my first foray into digital photography. Love my pentax mz-5 but pentax doesn't have a full frame yet (unless you count the 645 which is a lil rich for my hobbie)

I can't say I know too much about Sony or Pentax cameras to be honest. But if you want to get some good value kit, i'd recommend having a look on ebay. You can get some really good bargain equipment (almost all of mine is 2nd hand). :) (Smile)
