Though I love all of my characters, Adam would have to be my favorite. He's been with me for nearly 8 years now, my first character ever. He almost feels real with his back story, going through relationships/marriage, aging, and even miracle children, he's evolved alongside myself in personality, looks and experiences. He went from a sex crazed stripper, to a still sex crazed boyfriend/father/husband, and is now a single man roaming the world trying to find himself at 25 now. He'll always be important even if a day comes when I don't draw/mention him anymore.

My favorite character of mine is Yukka. He's part of an work in progress universe, and has some issues-- he's had a rocky start, and god knows I put my characters through the most unnecessary shit for angsty storylines. He's basically just a kid from the slums that got pulled into pursuing a better life-- in all the wrong ways. Oh, and he's agender! Any pronouns are fine to use really.
He loves to take care of and to study various flora, sometimes fauna, and he has his own greenhouse structure, and makes a living off selling homegrown and homemade products.
I definely need to make a reference sheet for him though ; m ;

picking one favorite OC is difficult 'cause i've got like 4 faves + they change around after a few months BUT
my current fave is my android bab Varnaxis!!!


there are SO many things that i love about them! for starters they've come a very long way in terms of backstory, personality, and design—i made them about 5 years ago and did a huge overhaul of them last year, save for a few recent changes. Varnaxis was created and programmed to be an assassin, but they steered away from their creator and decided to do their own thing because they didn't like being controlled & had vastly different morals. they're tied into a big story and world as a lot of my other android and cyborg OCs so it's nice that they aren't completely alone!

despite the fact that they're a hitman and look kind of intimidating (they don't appear that way in the thumbnail LOL but it's one of my favorite pics i've done of Varnaxis) they're VERY loyal and kind, though a bit blunt and straightforward? surprisingly they can be fairly flirty, even if a bit aggressively. they're still getting the hang of conveying certain emotions, so they can be a bit awkward when it comes to expressing something like love :0c

Varnaxis has become mighty fond of danger and thrills just for adrenaline rushes—they love initiating or engaging in cat-and-mouse chases, and they especially love parkour and scaling buildings! i just love that even though they hunt down bounties and do all that shady business (within reason) they aren't just some mindless and emotionless killing machine? Varnaxis definitely has their own thoughts, feelings, and interests beyond the whole assassin deal. they have a big soft spot for plants, cats, and reptiles! pluuuus i find Varnaxis to be very enjoyable to draw, so that's a big bonus as to why they are my favorite right now B)

Favorit OC? My favorite OC is Mishi toyhou.se/1980666.mishi-human-… I love her because she helps me to transmit feelings. With her I can express my anger and my courage, also the cutenes and feel free. She has been with me since I was little and I will never delete her. It's like my sister, my favorite sister I guess.

He's super soft and sweet, and being deviated from his programming he's trying to come to terms with what it actually means to be able to actually feel things now.
He's nervous around new people at first but he's super loving and sweet when he knows he can trust people, it just takes a while for people to be able to win him over XD

i won him from a raffle! which made me soo happy! because i know that if he was for sale, i wouldn't be able to afford him!
what i love about him is- well, everything?! i love his design, i really like characters with uniforms/formal sorta clothes, and then i like those hats, like the one he has (or maybe i fell in love with those because of him? i can't remember for sure now xD )
what i'm planning on him is... well, story wise, he's gonna end up friends with the other characters in the same folder he is~ it's all planned~

"Share your favorite OC"are you insane? Choosing a favorite OC is like choosing a favorite movie, or a favorite child. It's impossible! I love them all so much for so many different reasons, they all deserve attention and praise!

If I have to choose one though for the purposes of the raffle, it would definitely have to be Kardon

My sweet baby. Originally created for a D&D campaign, Kardon is a half-orc, halfling who grew up in a thieves/assassins guild under the "care" of a horribly abusive dragonborn leader. He went through great trauma, and struggles for year to escape before finally managing to claim his freedom. He now lives on the streets in the slums of a desert port town where he runs a little stand selling all sorts of trinkets and weapons and whatever else he can manage to steal without being caught. A master smooth-talker from his years in the guild, he has a way with talking his way out of most situations, and knows how to entice people into buying from him no matter how much he's charging. Why, he's so good, he's even sold items back to the very people he stole them from! Happy, hyper, and a bit of a reckless prankster, he would have been a lot of fun on an official campaign, but unfortunately, the group somewhat disbanded before things could even get started. Thus, since then, I've simply been molding Kardon into an independent character and burying him in endless angst and suffering because I'm an evil creator who can't allow my OCs to be happy for even a moment, lol XD
I love him though, and his need to touch and possibly taste absolutely everything, as well as his attractive weakness to beauty and physical "imperfections" (such as a large nose, gap in teeth, a broken horn, etc. etc.). In his stats sheet for D&D, he's a songfilch, which is a hybrid class of rogue and bard and it honestly just adds to the lovable absurdity that is his character as he bounces around with a fiddle one moment and the next slinks through the shadows completely undetected.
The bottom line is, Kardon is about 4 feet of endless energy, con artist mastery, trouble, and a barely tamable head of frizz and fluff. Not to mention innocently adorable. He's like an overgrown child who's still the size of a child and I love him so much.
Thank you for letting me ramble on all about him and I hope that wasn't overkill for you, but you did ask XD Welcome back to dA, even if it is probably dying soon, and I hope you get back into the swing of things soon! Also congrats on reaching/almost reaching 100k watchers!
