xsmilesx i've discovered if you boil it up in a dishwasher it retains all of its tenderness but gains a wonderful soapy taste...

Ah, that sounds innovative.

It at least beats my method of putting it in a rocket, shooting it into space and letting the friction of falling back to Earth cook it. Costs far too much, and is always burnt.

I still don't get what you were doing trying to cook it using a kettle. Maybe that's why it wasn't too nice.

I was boiling the kettle to heat up the water faster xlaughsx, not cooking the pasta in the kettle!

I don't sleep either...at least, not very much. I can't sleep for days, and when I do sleep I nightmare...

....i'm just tired too, I guess...

I now really want to try cooking pasta in a kettle. I'm not sure my family would appreciate it when they come to find the kettle ruined, and filled with bits of badly cooked pasta, though.

Yeah, being tired sucks. Sleep is boring, though.

sleep is generally painful, bloodstained and horrifying for me...which i guess doesn't count as boring perhaps....

underwent observation in hospital but all they did was recommend sleeping tablets that don't work....damned doctors. i'm sure they do their best but good god sometimes its so frustrating...
