I'm... undecided. Here's how I see it. Four Scenarios

Scenario 1: If Infinity War happens and Flash disappears, my OC for Miles Morales becomes the new Spider-man while the Avengers and Team Spider try to figure out how to beat Thanos and bring back everyone. This would be a great way to show him stepping into the role of Spider-man without having Flash's guidance for the amount of chapters it takes to beat Thanos.

Scenario 2: If Infinity War happens and Flash does not disappear, then he and Team Spider decide to use Sunset's magic to find Thanos and defeat him, since in this and Scenario 1, the Infinity Gauntlet can't affect them because by this time their bodies have absorbed large amounts of Equestrian Magic, which the Infinity Gauntlet can't affect as the magic is not part of the Marvel Universe.

Scenario 3: I have Infinity War happen but Flash and Team Spider go to Equestria during To Where and Back Again. In this scenario, Flash and my Miles Morales OC as well as the Equestria Girls (except for Sunset) have to adapt to being ponies, with Starlight, Trixie, and Sunset helping them along. I won't spoil too much, but this ends very differently from the show. 
Also, because Thanos snapped his fingers while they were in Equestria, Flash doesn't disappear. When they get back, they basically do the same thing as Scenario 2.

Scenario 4: Infinity War doesn't happen and I figure something else out. 

Personally, I'm more partial to Scenario 3. Because I would love to see Spider-man and Kid Arachnic kick Chrysalis' ass. But what do you think?
