For the hemp necklace you were trying to make twist, I'm pretty sure you just use the regular hemp style but instead of switching from the left and right side strings just you one of the side strings and it'll start to twist. If you don't know what I'm talking about, I'll send you a picture if you don't understand it. ahahha
