I've wanted to create an image with a lighthouse for so long, and now I finally imported a lighthouse model from 3DsMax
the other buildings are from 3DsMax too

Beautiful job! One other thing you could try (personal choice) is to create the light for the lighthouse with a spotlight and narrow the angle of the beam and then make it volumetric so that the beam shows
