Possible movie scenario.
Twilight Sparkle's father was part of an elite group called the Elements of Harmony that combatted evil with himself representing the element of Magic. He was killed saving the life of Princess Celestia, one of the group's figureheads. As per instructions, Shining Armor left home to take his father's place, leaving behind his baby sister Twilight Sparkle.
Years later during a mission to save a professor specializing in chaos theory, Shining Armor is killed in the line of duty by the deadly assassin Pinkamena who is in a shocking twist turns out to be Discord, who can't stand the sight of blood and makes Pinkie clean up first. With Shining's death, Celestia sets out to recruit Twilight Sparkle as the element of Magic. Twilight has been living with her aunt Cadance, her aunt's baby(via Shining Armor) and her abusive stepfather. One day she goes outside and runs into her friends "Dashie" who is a troublemaker, and Fluttershy. Dashie steals Twilight's stepdad's car but while fluttershy is driving them away she crashes it to avoid hitting some ducks and they are arrested. Twilight and Dashie realize they both have medals inherited from their fathers, one with a star and one with a lightning bolt. Twilight makes a call and Celestia picks the three friends up. She reveals her intent to put them through training to become Elements of Harmony along with Applejack the Element of Honesty, and Rarity the element of Generosity.
During training each member picks a pet with Twilight picking a dog, fluttershy picking a bunny, and Rainbow Dash being left with a tortoise. At the end of the training the students are forced to shoot their pets in front of the second head of the organization, Luna. Twilight refuses to shoot Spike and is dismissed with her place being taken by student Trixie. Fluttershy and Dash are also dismissed, Celestia finds them and reveals her pet phoenix and then her sister Luna's pet possum alive and well and playing dead as the bullets were empty(blanks realistically are still lethal). Celestia is then forced to leave to deal with a mission at a Church that Discord decided to test a device that causes a violent rage. celestial sits in the church, clearly not wanting to be there and when a woman tries to stop her from leaving she responds with(" I'm a catholic whore enjoying congress out of wedlock with my black jewish girlfriend who works at a military abortion clinic so hail Tirek and have a lovely afternoon". Discord activates his device and everyone in the building including Celestia goes insane. Celestia kills almost everyone and emerges outside where Discord acts like he is about to reveal his plan but then shoots Celestia in the face while Twilight and the others watch.
Twilight and friends go to confront Luna, who tells them that they've alerted the authorities, however Rainbow dash is suspicious and stays behind and discovers Luna is working with discord. Luna tries to poison her but dash distracts her and switches the glasses so Luna die of Poison. Dash then reveals the betrayal to Twilight, Fluttershy, Applejack and Rarity and they decide to handle it themselves since they can't trust anyone. Rarity shows them their gadgets . Applejack take off into the atmosphere to fire a missile and blow up the satellite Discord is using, which succeeds. Twilight has to go in solo, posing as Luna and wearing glasses. However she is recognized by Trixie, who is one of the people invited to Discord's end of the world party. Twilight tazes her but is identified and the other Elements run in to help. The group is overrun and all are about to die when Rarity discovers that Disocrd was using chips implanted into his minion's brains to control them and make them explode, killing all of discord's minions except Pinkamena. Rainbow Dash is distracted by getting to meet her role model Spitfire. Discord has metal doors close to prevent the Elements form reaching the room but Twilight manages to get through and fights her brother's kiler: Pinkamena, defeating her and then landing the blow on Discord and stopping him from using his machine, saving the world.

Merlin= Twilight Sparkle (they're both smart & teasy)
Arthur= Princess Celestia (they're both leaders)
Richmond V= Fluttershy (they both don't like blood/gore
& they want to make the world a better place)
Gazelle= Pinkie Pie (they're both fast, stealthy & fearless)
Michelle (Eggsy's mom)= Spitfire (they're both sometimes bad and good)
Eggsy's sister= Scootaloo ('cuz it fits, lol)
Dean (Eggsy's stepdad)= Big Mac (they're both strong & brave)
Lancelot= Shining Armor ('cuz it fits)
Percival= Flash Sentry ('cuz it fits)
Other People= Background Ponies
(Derpy Hooves, Vinyl Scratch, etc.)
