I finally made a good picture with sai! I originally drew this picture on a piece of paper, then took a picture of it, put it in sai, and traced over it.

This is my Hetalia OC Atlantis! Originally, this drawing was meant for a Sea nymph!Atlantis meets Samurai!Japan short story, but I think this will really be her pre-flood look. (Minus the hair color and style. Pre-flood hair is dark brown and in a braid while her hair right now is modern-day style. It turned white from extreme stress a few years after the flood and hasn't turned back)

Personality: She is a tad shy and doesn't like opening up to new people right away, however once out of her shell she does her best to be a good friend. She's nice at first and will approach situations in a calm manner (although if she knows a person well she can get mad fast), but will slowly get a lot more serious and sometimes angry, depending on the situation. She can be blunt at times, but doesn't mean to be, and usually ends up freaking out when she hurts someones feelings with her comments. When she's nervous, she refuses to look in anyone's eye and messes with any object she has in her hands at the time. She tries her best to respect people's wishes, such as Japan's wish to not be touched often, but sometimes forgets and ends up scolding herself and apologizing over and over. She is a feminist (though not a super-feminist) and will get very angry if anyone talks about men being better than woman and isn't joking around (she really hates the "women should be in the kitchen" joke). Also pretty competitive and does her best to be a good sport about losing (although inside she's usually planning a rematch). She has a strong belief that countries deserve to act silly every once in a while after all the tragedy they've been through. Atlantis tends to yell at the TV when she's watching sports, except for football. She doesn't get or like football.

Likes: Horses, cats, apples, the sea, myths, sports, water, swimming, sea-life, sleeping, food, music, drama, comedy, and other cultures.

Dislikes: Thunder, lightning, spiders, earthquakes, perverts, sexist people, war, jerks, annoying people who can't take hints, racists, when people get facts about certain things such as myths wrong, and being woken up earlier than ten a.m. (although she's trying to get back into her old habit of “waking with the sun”)

Languages: Greek, Italian, Spanish, English, and a little bit of French.

Pets: A couple cats, but her favorite is an Egyptian Mau named Artemis. She also wants to own a horse some day.

Family: Ancient Rome (father), Ancient Greece (mother), Greece (younger brother), Cyprus and TRNC (younger brothers, I think), Egypt (half-brother), Italy and Romano (cousins. Actually, she's their aunt, but it seems kind of silly calling them her nephews), Spain, France, Canada, America, England, etc. (other, more distant cousins. Austria, Prussia, and Germany may also be distant cousins.)

Best Friends: America and Italy

Friends: England, France, Spain, Romano, Japan, Hungary, Austria, Russia, China, Germany, Prussia, and a few other people including a couple humans.

Enemies: Turkey, Mu (Mu is a legendary continent in the Pacific that also “sank”, although very unrealistically. There was a joke on Wikipedia about Mu being Atlantis' arch-enemy, so this is why Mu's on here. The other reason is because the man that made Mu said that Atlantis was pretty much like a copy of Mu)

Crush: Japan

Other facts: She has a small tattoo of a trident on her shoulder, her favorite animals are horses, she lives in Greece's house and is heavily influenced by him, she is more conscious of her body (her ruins, not physical body) than other countries (meaning she knows if something bumped into the ruins. She also knows which way the current is going when it changes, but forgets soon after), she's afraid of spiders and thunderstorms, she used to be a pescetarian (meaning she only ate seafood for a very long time), she is a little bit cheap, her favorite sport is soccer, and she works as a dish washer for a bakery. She's physically younger than Greece, but is his big sister. In human AUs, however, she's his little sister. Back in B.C. times she was somewhat friends with China (and had a tiny crush on him as well, but she mostly just looked up to him like she did all other empires) until the flood.
