Medium:Prisma Color Pencil. The background is done in Conte Chalk, I think it is.
Paper:Some fairly Cheap (in quality at least) yet high in price paper I got at the local Arts & Crafts store. :-/!!!!!!!

Well, I said I'd be posting what I've been doing lately, and this is one of the items.
