A group brought together to tackle CODE 11 incidents- world-threatening menaces.Aquamarine- gifted with hydrokinesis, this former diver is able to control water and carries a supply to give him some offensive capabilities.
Halo effect- Able to control light rings and has superhuman agility while also being lightweight.-RESERVED BY ASPYRE
Levin- Lightning speed and the ability to conduct electricity at a low level.
