And little backstory for the scene, Dull Sans (The character in this scene) Is getting possessed by a demonic parasite feeding off his dream to have a less dull world for his brother. Using that desire, the parasite gained control over Dull's body, and instead of brightening the world as they promised, they used Dull's power to steal the souls of the other monsters of the underground to feed his lord and saviour, the Devil himself-
