Well not technically new since King Candy did rule for a while there, but at least this time Turbo's an open usurper. (This is another one inspired by that fucked-up WiR/GoT crossover idea. Last one I swear!) So instead of prancing around looking like the Mad Hatter in clashing 18th century fop and Tudor English fashions, he looks like Santa Claus and Pitch Black from Rise of the Guardians had a baby together.
