“Ha! That’s wrong- wait did you say light? No. How did you... you weren’t supposed to know that. Nooooo-“ Matilda screams as she shrink down until her robes lie as a heap on the ground.

You rummage through the robes to find a fairy trapped in a bottle.

“Matilda?” You ask.

“Yes, it’s me. Since you answered my riddle, I am now in your service as a personal fairy,” she says, embarrassed by her new form, “you can only ask for my help once though, so you’ll have to make it count.”

She could be useful to you. You pick the bottle up and place it in your satchel of holding (it’s much larger on the inside; this is why wizards don’t need backpacks).

You figure you’ve made it this far off school grounds and you think about why you want to leave. Maybe it’s because you don’t want to go to this school and you’re escaping, maybe it’s because you’re sure that you can grow as a wizard if you face the challenges of the forest, maybe it’s because you’re looking to impress your peers and professors, or maybe it’s just because you’re feeling adventurous.

Though if you decide to keep going, you know, things will become far more dangerous from here on out.

There are two paths ahead of you; one leads down a creepy overgrown path with a sign that says Bloodmoon estate, while the other seems to go to the train station that students arrive on.
