It works rapidly and effectively.
The theme is the "imetal-gradient", The edges of window are those of the "Agualemon" and the icons the "OSX" package.
If you have Debian can add the [link] repositorys for install this themes or use the program "gnome-art" [link]

i always loved to install xfce on old notebooks to get them i bit faster....

It works very rapidly, though I do not believe that I was estimating difference, since I use a new MacBook with heart Santa Rosa. I use usually KDE.
For major fluency also you can try IceWM, which alone uses 2 MB.
