This was a lot of fun, and I really took my time on it. 
This is an MS Paint adoptable base add-on for this: [link] you can buy for 10 
. This means it will pay for itself rather quickly. And also it can be used for adopts as well as personal use, pixel dolls, or whatever else you'd like. This base comes as a PNG file with two girl hairstyles, two boy hairstyles, one new set of arms, two pairs of shoes, two cat ears, one bat ear, one rabbit ear, one set of ram horns, a pair of butterfly antenna, a pair of antlers, six necklaces, a girl's skirt, a bow, and a new pair of eyes, nose and mouth. Rules:
