Gurren lagan is one of my all-time favorite anime, and one of the things I love the most about it are the eyecatches. The artstyle is so unique and dynamic and always matches the music perfectly, so I wanted to try to do something similar.
This illustration is based on "Strange Factory", a collaborative story on the Forum dessiné.
These probably won't be the last eyecatches I do !
