This guy will be sitting on my table at AC. ^^ I've always wanted to draw a Hippocampus.

I really love the lavender highlights and the sparkling water lines, and those bubbles! Wow, all the colors are amazing. How do you get the color pencil to be so soft? I always seem to have some directional lines or little circles, even when I color really soft.

It's all about cross hatching and layers. I must have layered that background like 50 times. XD The more you layer something, the more it starts to blend.
