Description
Ok, now I'm seriously scaring myself... no not in a bad way, you know how sometimes when your drawing, and you lay down those first few pencil strokes, or twiddle across the screen with your mouse, and then you look at it and say, "Whoah, did I just draw that?" It's that kinda scary. But yeah, the Wyvern Seth from my scifi universe, gotta love dem fuzzy Wyverns!
Photoshop 6.0 with my mouse.

I love this piece. The realism it shows and the expression and the colors are just amazing. your thought "fluke" of just amazingly drawing this was, i'm sure, something you greatly deserved. And for good reason for this picture is truly beautiful ^^

I really like the good use of lighting and shading, and it's nicely detailed. That smug look on Seth's face helps the appeal, too. It's a very well-done depiction. And I really like that you blurred the background because it gives Seth more of a focal point.

It ALMOST looks realistic. I think you could have dropped the smudge and did a little more penciling. Otherwise.. very nice.

Incredibly photorealistic! You're definitely a master of Photoshop, especially considering you did this with a mouse. How on Earth did you manage to get such subtle shading without the pressure sensitivity of a Wacom tablet? I especially like the addition of dust particles, appearing just as the do in such strong lighting. This is a definite fav.

wtf! you did not do that, it's a photo, or! a digital render, yep yep.
seriously, i am in some serious awe at this, it's left me somewhat short of words, love it, one of the best images i've ever seen. and to see you did it with a mouse!, it defies the laws of time, space, reality, and because it can, gravity. thankyou.

Wha! 94 views for a piece of such convincing realism? Madness.
This is fabulous. All the textures are done excellently well, and no detail seems out of place... ooh. And that blue underlighting is to die for.

Man, the lighting and detail around the eyes and face is awesome. I might have kept the back of the head and neck more in focus, since this one seems to be going toward realism...but great work nonetheless
Fantastic touch with the dust in the BG: that goes a long way to make the photographic effect. I may have to steal that idea, if it's ok
