WOW! I just figured that you must have forcefully tried to open the boot skin file. Now the boot skins I uploaded can only be opened by using TuneUp Utilities & withing TuneUp Utilities resides a Styles which is used to open the boot skins. I did mention that in the Artists Comment. Also, I have got complaints from some users that Tune Up Utilities on Windows Vista cannot open my boot skins. So, I suggest using Tune Up on XP.

That might be true. But, I'm soon going to upgrade my syytem with Win7. I just hope Windows XP applications works on it the same way without using the Windows XP Mode. Just hoping to get more in less money.

This looks great. But is it compatible with Vista?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

878952 In reply to MisterScourge [2008-11-27 13:37:52 +0000 UTC]

I don't know if it's compatible with Windows Vista OS. But as I said above in the comments the BootUp Screen is compatible with Tune-Up Utilities. But if Tune-Up Utilities is compatible with Vista then my bootup screen is compatible or else it's not.
You can get Tune Up Utilities here: [link]
.................

Wait!!!
I just checked Tune-Up Utilities are Ideal for XP and Vista (32/64 bit) users and it's designed to leverage the unique features within each operating system.

That means you can use the above Boot Screen. I think this solves your problem/Question.

How do you actually create those loading screens?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

878952 In reply to MisterScourge [2008-11-29 10:43:30 +0000 UTC]

I use the software Tune-Up Utilities to create them. I will be using Photoshop to create Boot Screens that can be supported by Products from Win Customize, later, right now I don't have much time to bug on the Photoshop. HEHEHEhehehehe

Sorry, I meant that should do the job.
You are quite new to DeviantART from what I see, I don't know if the admins are ready to trust you yet unless you have a subscription.

878952 In reply to MisterScourge [2008-11-29 13:07:16 +0000 UTC]

You see, there are many people on dA making and using graphics made by dA Admins and still they don't even thank them or not even respect their work even. I don't think they have even sent the deviation links to the admins whose work they are using. At least I am asking for Request.........
