my take on Dulcy the Dragon as she appears in Sth:Genesis by Viroveteruscy.

My favorite sonic girl of all! I gave her more jewelry cuz i think she's so pretty. her rascal tattoo is on her left breast. another member of the notorious Rosy's Rascals gang, she's definitely the team muscle and heavy artillery. super strength, extra durability, flight, fire and ice breath, she has it all.
in my head, her iconic nosering has an integrated power ring that makes her immune to toxic environments, and increased her defense against all but highly concentrated toxic or radioactive attacks, and, like in SatAm, she can sense when people are lying and knows a lot of myths and legends to aid the gang in finding lost relics.
I imagine Dulcy's new personality to be vain, a playful tease, and always ready for a fight. she's proud of her strength and beauty and unlike in the Archie comics she can lie, but she's not very good at it. even dulcy will underestimate the Freedom Fighters as they race for the powerful Chaos Emeralds.
the Rascals want the emeralds power to live lavishly and crush all who oppose them, so it's up to Sonic and the freedom fighters to stop their selfish plans!

again, dulcy only shows up in 2 panels of the comic and i hope to see more of her. so, i made a new look and character from the little material i've seen. she definitely needs an update from her old character, so i made her more mature, confident, fun and with reasonable flaws.
