Here it is. A blank version of my Extremis monsters. It comes in a zip file that has a blank Card, the Death Counters, and a readme file that has all the important info in it. PLEASE read it.
You can use this however you want. Make a template out of it (Just don't release it without asking me), make a pendulum version, whatever.
But don't take credit for this, give me credit if you use it, ect. The standard bundle of shit.

And I know, I know. Watermark is there, ect. ect. It's fine. Text covers it no problem. And if you're really annoyed by it, I'm sorry.
