Anyway... I did this whole damn tag and then it didn't submit??? And it's not saved on Sta.sh either so let's try this again
I'm super late to this (as per usual with tags) but I figured I should do it anyway I do like me some tags, even if I don't do them right away.

Note: I'm also writing little blurbs about how I came up with the characters, sort of like an Author's Note, before each set of facts. Hopefully they'll give some insight into how I create my OCs!

Monty is my big round mom who works for Astra's special forces team. I had the idea for her for a long time, but I wasn't able to come up with a good design until around October of last year. Her character development has also gone through a lot since I had the idea for her (read: she actually has a personality now), so... that's pretty cool, I guess

Montane loves hugs, but sometimes she can forget her own strength.

She’s really sweet, kind, loyal, and great with kids. But she can be a scary momma bear if she needs to.

Despite her large and (somewhat) intimidating stature, she instinctively defends rather than attacks and protects rather than provokes.

She loves the outdoors—the woods, rock climbing, and just generally being in and around nature is really fun to her.

Montane’s a morning person, in part because breakfast is her favorite meal of the day. She loves pancakes and large English breakfasts and tea.

Monty loves to be active, so along with her love of the outdoors, she also loves bowling and roller derbies.

Montane identifies as lesbian and is very attracted to leather pants.

The three qualities that Montane mainly exhibits are strength, optimism, and determination.

This king of angst really just needs a hug. I think that could fix a lot for him. Anyway, I got the idea for him a bit after I came up with Tiger Lily , who is next on this list. I was struggling to find a name for him, though, and Megan1289 came up with the name Transistor and helped me a lot with his personality and backstory.

Transistor is a scientist who co-leads a gang of Decepticons with Tiger Lily.

He makes weapons and other gear for the gang, including guns, bombs, armor, etc.

Although his decision-making is very logical, Transistor has a lot of angst. Because of that, he can often act rashly or say things he might regret.

To elaborate, he’s really smart, but he has a lot of mood swings and is really passive aggressive.

Transistor eats a lot of takeout and ramen. His favorite foods are white rice, Fritos, and lamb biryani.

He’s kind of a control freak and hates to be interrupted when he’s working.

Though he’s smart and great at science, he’s not without insecurities. He’s not very strong, and he’s very afraid of the distant future. He knows that what he’s doing for the ‘Cons isn’t right, but for the time being it gives him friends, a place to live, and purpose.

If he’s given too much time to think, he’ll start thinking about the future. This is part of the reason why he likes inventing so much: it distracts him from his own moral complications. When he doesn’t have anything to do, he gets really antsy and nervous and doesn’t know what to do with himself.

Next up: she's beauty, she's grace, she'll punch you in the face...

Ah, what a babe. Tiger Lily was one of the first Transformers OCs I came up with, though I neglected her for about a year before coming up with this design. She went through quite a series of ugly designs before I finally settled on this one, which still isn't even done (not pictured: scribbly legs and nonexistent feet ), but I like her a lot more now that I've got a good design for her.

Tiger Lily thinks she’s hot stuff. It’s for good reason, though; she is pretty hot and used to be model (before, y’know, becoming the leader of a gang and etc.).

She likes attention, and she’s great at public speaking.

Her and Transistor balance each other out; while Transistor has brains but isn’t great at talking, Tiger Lily is strong and beautiful and is great and commanding the attention of a crowd.

When she was younger, Tiger Lily got into some rather unsavory things. She used to work at a nightclub (read: stripper) and was a bit of a dominatrix. She did get paid handsomely for it, though, which made it worth it to her. Once in awhile she’ll still go back when she’s in need of money).

Speaking of nightclubs, Tiger Lily loves the nightlife. She loves to drink and dance and party all night long.

However, when she’s drunk enough, she becomes a complete wine mom. She’ll complain about the other ‘Cons like she’s complaining about children.

Though she acts tough and too cool for you, she secretly enjoys some pretty embarrassing things. (She definitely went through a Twilight phase).

Her most prized possession is a crop top that reads “Netflix & Kill.”

Neon, like Tiger Lily, was one of my first Transformers OCs (I think she was the third one I came up with, actually, and the second that still exists in my story). Also like Tiger, she went through a ton of painfully ugly redesigns , but I never neglected her. She's the OC I've drawn the most (I think I have 23 drawings of her in my gallery? If I counted correctly?) and I love her dearly. However, that doesn't mean her character doesn't still need some work.

First things first: Neon hates being called short. Don’t call her short. Just don’t.

Second things second: Neon works as a cop in a small, run-down Cybertronian city. She lives with and is the assistant of her best friend, a detective named Catpath.

Neon is sassy, confident, and outgoing. She loves to be around other people and tell stories and jokes.

However, a lot of it is insecurity. She wants validation and to be liked by people, and that pushes her to be friendly and funny and outgoing.

Still, that doesn’t mean she doesn’t enjoy a good night out. She loves eating, talking, singing, and dancing, and she can rap like a boss.

Her guilty pleasure is General Tso’s chicken. And Dancing Queen by ABBA.

She really likes hip-hop, both the music and the dance style.

Navcross is an interesting character because I got the idea for her when I found her alt mode. I was looking up concept vans out of curiousity and stumbled upon this Iveco Vision , and realized I needed to make an OC out of it! Thus, Navcross was born. But it was really hard to come up with these facts because Navcross is more of a side character than a main one.

Navcross is a coworker of Neon. She doesn’t do detective work, but she still works in the field along with Deadbolt and Boomsling.

She’s quite the mom friend. She’s always caring and loyal, and has a strong nurturing instinct that makes her enjoy volunteering and just helping people in general.

Navcross is a slow learner, but she retains information well.

She’s big and strong and round and gives the best hugs

However, though she’s proud of that, she’s a little insecure of her size and learning abilities (due to some unfortunate teasing incidents when she was little)

Navcross loves cold weather, particularly snow, and she’s the absolute best at snowball fights.

Navcross enjoys reading, particularly mythology. She also loves to play hockey, whether its field hockey or ice hockey.

Her favorite food is pancakes, and she often makes plans with her coworkers to eat at the local diner (which, according to her, makes the best pancakes this side of Cybertron).

xoes told all the people she tagged to pick an OC that hadn't been tagged already, so I picked Contraflux. She was originally an adopt from temarcia , and it took me forever to find a name that suits her and even longer to come up with a backstory. However, I finally came up with something that I really like (with help and prompting from temarcia and Megan1289 ), and I think it works well for her.

Contraflux is a scientist and assassin for the ‘Cons. She specializes in biology and weaponry.

She has a sense of moral justice, but she holds grudges forever. For example, she got kicked out of private school for beating up another kid, but that other kid was bullying someone else.

She’s still trying to find herself. After many failed attempts at a traditional life (she decided to go to med school, but left after her roommate discovered she was trying to construct a bioweapon in her dorm; she went to a police academy, but was deemed too erratic to graduate), she decided to join the ‘Cons.

Contraflux feels like the ‘Cons are a second family to her, especially Curie, her closest friend and fellow scientist. Unlike her true family, they accept her.

She is smart and quick-witted. She’s great at thinking on her feet, which makes her a great fighter and problem-solver.

Contraflux is also a musician; she can play the harp and is teaching Curie how to as well.

She believes in punishment equal to the crime (an eye for an eye), though overall, she would say violence isn’t always the answer.

She blames the Autobots for her getting kicked out of college and being denied her police badge, believing that their government wants to keep the at-risk people from positions of power.
