Well, I have Wacom's BAMBOO Fun Tablet...
and since I don't have Illustrator, which I would love, I use the Magnetic Lasso tool on my Photoshop Elements 4.0.
My only set back to buying Illustrator is because I don't even know if $800-$1, 000+ exists, at least in my world, 'cause I have never seen it. Haha.

And I just noticed, looking at her, I forgot to add shine marks to her hair, and details on her corset. Darnit.
