Description
"A Rifleman from Ireland" is a third person shooter game made by Hammer Studios. Like its predecessors, it revolves around a lone warrior in search of justice and revenge against an occupying force, in this case Ireland against British rule, but the narrative differs because it's set backwards. The game starts with the protagonist exacting revenge on a english general and then it drives on to flashbacks that explain what drove the Rifleman to become a killer.

The Rifleman walks through the abandoned monumental ruins, very much like the ruins of Jesuit Reductions in South America. The Rifleman vaguely refers to them as "historic place", possibly of Catholic origins.
