PURELY VECTOR!Yup, everything done in Illustrator cs3 and you know me, I draw WITH THE MOUSE. ^_^
The bg is a pic I found on google, and it fit the theme quite well.... (After all they are stars!)

This is one of the most amazing pieces I've ever seen. And more amazing is, you draw with a mouse. xD It's very creative, and all the characters look perfect. I freaking love this.
