I followed your steps. However, the waterfall just remained still without any animation! Actually, until a few months ago I was able to animate waterfall in photoshop but now no matter how much I try the animation just does not open. I have CS4. I gave the noise and motion blur effects but to no effect. Where could I be going wrong?

hey sorry it took me so long to get back to you been busy.
the first things I could think would be:
For the animation did you do the tween (step 28)?
-this should make the waterfall fade and animate
When you did the motion blur were your blur settings set to step 5?
-if your blur settings were on the default you wouldnt see much change.
