To comment in a classic way about your work is, in my opinion, academically insignificant, and spiritually annoying because it offers an element of judgment that blocks the purity of the intent of the artist's creation and its meaning. So, I would like to offer you instead the product of your creation in my universe, so you can visit the holographic result of your gifts of art!!!!
...and again!
Emotional travel in time
Through the portals of human creative echoes
Where the silence of the structures speak of our own generic ancestry...
As the Milky Way crosses new areas of space each moment from one heart-beat to the next...
..Then, time collapses and all is left is consciousness looking at itself in the mirror of our own creation...

Amazing composition. It makes me want to explore. I like how you got the two levels from across to give depth and movement direction for the eye to follow. The many contrasts give the picture texture and entice you to study its intricacies; the detail in the rail, cherubs, and molding, and the beautiful finish on the pillar give a sense of forgotten opulence in juxtaposition to the dilapidated walls and peeling paint. I find myself searching to see what was ravaged by time and wonder what it looked like when in its prime. The lit up open door among the shadows gives a diverting mystery that draws you; it makes you feel as if it may still be in use. The lighting from above looks as if possibly from a natural skylight; I wonder if it is as detailed and what it would look like from the bottom of the stairwell looking up. Beautiful!

The concept of the piece is eerie and you have achieved that extremely well. The musky colouring has been captured to enhance the idea of loneliness and can help see the past of this once wonderous place.
Shape is also very good here; the recurring spiral and circular shapes (like along the staircase and the windows) contradict how beautiful this place was in its entirety, and by chosing this angle you have definitely shown this feature, and it creates a very bold impact of the photograph. I must say, along with this, the lighting is very effective, and by including this you have achieved a great sense of volume.
Overall, I love the story that this phot tells, and you have helped recreate a new world through this piece e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s⦠" width="15" height="15" alt="

This is very very lovely. I love the angle shot you took and the lighting is excellent. You could just imagen people walking through the hallways of the balcony and up and down the stairways. It brings you back in time to the Romantic/Renaissance Era (sorry if the era of this building construction is incorrect). You capture the depth of the levels between floors and everything is perfectly in place. I love how clear the picture is and the pure richness of it. The rusty, bronze shading with the nature lighting gives the area great history. Amazing work capturing this.

How can a beautiful place like this end up abandoned? I'm fascinated by your work.

great shot! ... please don't take the following tongue-in-cheek comment as negative, i just couldn't resist ... i think it's the way the staircases flow that brought about the association.
it's hogwarts in the distant future ... or possibly the stern-end grand staircase on the titanic (the round openings are reminiscent of certain windows on certain cruise ships) ... maybe it's the bastard offspring of the two?
i LOVE what this photo has done for my imagination. thanks for sharing. it is truly magnificent and thought-provoking!

This is just too cool. That pillar's texture really makes it stand out among the rest of the staircase.

This almost looks like something out of a video game or a set design! Although it's probably just me wanting that than to see this beautiful building fallen into such disuse. Great capture!

It's beautiful~ Even in its old age, it still preserves the essence of the past and is a wonderful place to reminisce before time forces us to move forward.

a fascinating pic, almost fractalic. sad to see it abandoned, but perhaps its spirit is too proud for my pity.
