I'm continuing my pokemon project, whaaaa?I decided to finally just do it
It's a bit sloppy, but I'm pretty happy with it 
It's Wally from Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald version!

damn him getting a Ralts so easily! it took me about an half an hour to find a female ralts. D:< (but I do like him in the manga better.)
